Wash your face each morning and night. Use your favorite washcloth, sponge, or face brush with your cleanser to wash your face. When you wash, clean along your hair, behind your ears (and inside too!), above your lip, and along your nose. Gently rub your face. (If you rub too hard, it will hurt! And it isn’t good for your skin.) Blot dry with a towel.
Use a toner after washing. For best results, put your toner on a cotton ball. Gently wipe your face. Look at it. Yikes! You thought you washed your face well. You might see that you left some dirt behind. Toner helps to keep your face clean. It also prevents pimples and keeps your skin fresh.
Moisturize, moisturize, moisturize! At night, use a dot of moisturizer to keep your face healthy. In the morning, use a moisturizer with SPF 15. SPF keep your skin healthy. Did you know the biggest cause of wrinkles is damage from the sun? By using moisturizer with sunscreen your skin will be beautiful now and when you get old.
Use lip balm to prevent sun damage and chapping. For best results, use balm with sunscreen. Tip: Don’t’ bite your lips as this can make chapped lips worse!
